At Home Goods Revolution, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we’ll gladly make it right.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
⚠️ Final Sale Notice: All on-sale, clearance, or promotional items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Returns and exchanges are available only for orders shipped within the contiguous United States (we do not accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at support@homegoodsrevolution.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, contact us at support@homegoodsrevolution.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank or credit card account again.
- Then contact your bank or card issuer — processing may take several business days.
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@homegoodsrevolution.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll quickly review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Custom or personalized items (unless damaged)
- On-sale or clearance items (final sale)
